I had issues with my tankless water heater and needed advice as to why the upper floor wasnt getting any hot water. A quick google search brought me to Wisetech Plumbing. Jay was quick to answer my text and visit my house the next day. It was determined my water heater unit was not operating as it should and fixing it part by part still adds risk to fault. I had Jay replace my unit and got the hot water rolling at the estimated turn time he stated prior to the job. Got the job done and we are a happy household with hot water again! Bhupinder and his team were fantastic and very professional. They hooked up a waterline to my new fridge. They provided the quote which was very reasonable, showed up on time, got it done in a timely manner, protected my floors as they were in and out, and were a pleasure to deal with. Very impressed by the professionalism of Jay. He arrived on time, assessed the issue  fast, had all the necessary equipment to address the issue, clearly communicated the issue and cost, fixed the issue and cleaned up after the very minimal (honestly non-existent) mess. I sent a request for Jay and his team at Wisetech to assess a leak under my kitchen sink back in May.  He sent a team member promptly, who resolved the leak at the time by replacing that part.  Now in December, I noticed another leak on the other side of the sink - Jay came to assess the leak himself within the same day.  Although both sinks parts should have been replaced on the same day in May, Jay and his team kindly replaced the sink part the next morning and only charged for the part.  I appreciate the hard work and flexibility of the team at Wisetech Plumbing!
